Customer feedback helps us measure whether our services are meeting our customers privacy, safety, and expectations. It also helps us identify problems that need to be solved. High quality customer service depends on customer feedback. While praise is always welcome, constructive criticism is truly helpful in the long run.

The purpose of this policy is to establish uniform standards and procedures for responding to customer feedback, thus making sure those responses are timely and that issues do not “fall through the cracks.” The policy strives to treat every interaction with the customer as an opportunity to produce a satisfied customer, or at least one who feels that he or she was listened to and taken seriously, even if it was not possible to meet his or her request.

We know that customer feedback comes to us in many ways. This policy outlines a procedure for responding to complaints, requests for service and questions that come to Weichel LLC through a customer call, letter or email.

Privacy & Safety

When possible, complaints, questions and requests for service should be resolved in “real time”, on the same day they occur. However, in many instances, referral and follow-up are necessary in order to fully understand and resolve the issue. In such instances, the following standards for acknowledgement and resolution should be followed.


  • All complaints, questions and requests for service should be acknowledged within one business day.

  • This acknowledgement should note the person to whom the issue has been referred and when the customer can expect a response.

  • If the customer feedback is delivered by phone or by email, this acknowledgement should be given verbally during the call or email.

  • If the customer feedback is delivered by e-mail, the acknowledgement should be given by e-mail.

  • If the customer feedback is delivered by postal mail the acknowledgement should be sent via telephone, postal mail or e-mail, whichever is appropriate.



  • A substantive response will be provided within seven business days.

  • In this response we include analysis of the issue and the proposed resolution. Give you the customer a clear reasons, if we cannot give you the customer a clear reason, we will try to accommodate the customer’s request as much as possible.

  • If a resolution is not possible within seven business days, you the customer should be notified and given the date by which they can expect a response.

  • The resolution will be communicated to you the customer verbally, by e-mail or by postal mail, depending on the communication method most appropriate to the situation.

Response Standards

At Weichel LLC we accept most major forms of credit cards, as well as several other forms of payment:

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • MasterCard

  • Visa

  • China Union Pay

  • JCB

  • Diners

  • Cartes Bancaires

  • Electron

  • Maestro

  • PayPal

  • Gift Card - Coming

We do not accept the following forms of payment:

  • COD

  • Layaway plans

  • Merchandise Return Cards

Important Payment Information:

  • Credit cards are charged once the order of the products is placed.

  • Some debit and bank check cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order. This is an authorization only. Funds will be collected by Weichel LLC once the order of the product is placed and before being shipped.

  • For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Payment Methods

By law, we must collect applicable sales tax for orders shipping to states where it is required. Shipping fees may also be subject to tax in certain states. The sales tax for an order will be displayed in the Order Summary once the shipping address has been entered. Sales tax does not apply to purchases of Donations, (Future Gift Cards and eGift Cards). Sales tax on purchases subject to promotions may vary by item and by state, depending on (i) the specific state law applicable to the transaction, (ii) if a promotion is funded by Weichel LLC or its supplier, and (iii) the terms of Weichel LLC agreements with its suppliers.

United States Sales Tax:

Weichel LLC is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to all states except: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon. (Coming - sales tax is not charged on the purchase of Gift Cards). However, products purchased with Gift Cards will be taxed unless shipped to the states mentioned above. The appropriate state and local tax rate will be charged based on the price of the purchased products and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges.


Sales Tax-Exempt Customers:

Weichel LLC will honor tax exempt purchases made by non-profit organizations, government organizations, and other similar organizations with valid proof of tax exempt status. Please be advised that effective of 12/1/2021. Tax exempt purchases can only be made when paid for directly with funds of the organization. Any personal purchases are required to be made using a separate account and e-mail address.

To create a tax-exempt account:

  1. Create a account

  2. Email the following to

    • Company/Organization Name

    • Name of primary purchaser

    • Address (including city, state, and zip)

    • email address (used to create your account)

    • Organization type (non-profit, government, etc.)

    • Exemption certificate or other proof of exempt status (in most cases a form 501 (C)(3) is not valid documentation to support a state sales tax exemption)

You will be notified via email once your exempt request has been approved. This may take up to 5 business days to process. Setting up your tax-exempt account prior to making your first order will ensure no tax is charged on the order.

If you place your order prior to receiving your approval email, tax will be charged and you will be required to request a refund.

Canadian Sales Tax:

A service fee will be added to all orders shipped to Canada to cover the cost of export taxes.


International Value Added Tax (VAT):

Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States and Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes that are not collected by during Checkout. When placing an order on, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid by you. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

Sales Tax

PayPal can be used as a method of payment on It enables any individual or business with an e-mail address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal account balance. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant, and you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

PayPal Conditions:

  • If you select PayPal as your method of payment, you'll continue through the Checkout process then automatically proceed to to complete your payment.

  • Once you've been redirected to, you will have 25 minutes to complete the payment before your order is dropped.


Coupons are a great way to save even more when shopping with us, and it’s easy to use them on our online store. Coupons that are accepted in our online store are subject to and as required by law. Weichel LLC reserves the right to change the coupon policy without advance notice or advertisement.

When accepting coupons, we follow the guidelines below.

We accept:

  • Weichel LLC online digital coupons featuring a Weichel LLC with a valid number schema for the intended customer

We DO NOT accept:

  • Digital coupons for items not generated on our site

The following terms apply to all coupons:

  • Coupons must be presented during checkout

  • Coupons are valid one time only

  • One coupon is permitted per purchase unless otherwise stated by site

  • Coupons may not be valid with other discounts or offers

  • Coupons cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, credit or gift cards

  • Individual coupon value cannot exceed the value of the item it is applied to

  • Qualifying items and items purchased must match the coupon description (brand, size, quantity, color, etc.)

  • Coupon offers are while supplies last

  • Prices & selection of merchandise or services may vary and no substitutions will be offered

  • For ‘buy one, get one’ discounted offers, the discounted item is lowest priced qualifying item purchased

  • We reserve the right to process coupons in any order. Transaction total is prior to taxes and after discounts are applied. Sales tax may be charged on per-coupon price

  • Canada Customers: Sales tax, where applicable, is collected on the price net of coupon value

  • Weichel LLC follows all additional disclaimers as printed on the electronic coupon.

Many online discounts will apply automatically to your order. To take advantage of online promotions requiring a promotion code, just follow these simple steps:

In your cart, enter the promo code in the 'promo code' box and click 'apply.' Please note that all promo codes are case sensitive.

Promotional codes need to be entered one at a time. Using multiple promotional codes might void promotions that have already been applied. Any promotional discounts will be reflected in the Order Summary section.

To use a Promotion Code, enter the Promotion Code into the "Promotion Code" field in the Cart or at Checkout.

  • Identify the Promotion Code. It is a string of letters and numbers that appears in your email, advertisement, local ad, etc. (e.g., "circ2")

  • Enter the Promotion Code in the box provided in your Cart or in the payment page at Checkout.

  • Your discount will be automatically applied to your order when you meet stated Promotion Code requirements.

Gift Cards

The Wix Gift Card feature is currently available only for Wix Stores.

Customers visiting our store can view the card on our site's gift card page. They select an amount, enter the recipient's details, set when they want the card delivered, and pay. After completing checkout, the customer receives email confirmation about the purchase. The gift card recipient then gets an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from Michael Jones" (with the relevant name). Their unique gift card code appears in the email. To redeem the card, the recipient heads over to your store and finds items to purchase. During payment, they select the Redeem a gift card option and enter their unique gift card code. If the price of the sale is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using your regular payment methods.

To track your order you will have to log in to access your information. You can then track your order by providing your order number in the appropriate block after clicking on Track Order and logging in. Please note, you can check the status of orders placed online within the last 30 days. Any tracking information will not be provided until after midnight ET of the day your package ships.
